MSSL SCOREKEEPERS SOFTWARE Clinic #2: SATURDAY, May 4th, 2019: JCC 12500 NW Military Hwy., San Antonio in Room #229 from 2 - 4 p.m. (You need only to attend one of the software clinics as the information being given is the same.) Objective: Scorekeepers learn how to use the Dolphin Timing System in conjunction with SWIMTOPIA'S MEET MAESTRO to run meets. 1. Meet Manager software and the Dolphin Timing system should be loaded and updated on the team's computer. Team roster information will be entered by parents when they do online registration into your SwimTopia team website. 2. Dual Meet's will automatically be loaded into the SCHEDULE section on your team's SwimTopia website. 3. Use your team's login and password to get into the Private Section of the league website. 4. Document located on the Hy-Tek Dowloads page on the league web site in the private member section listed at the bottom of the home page. 5. Print out the Meet Manager documents for your personal use. 6. Bring a fully-charged battery and/or a long multi-plug extension cord to the clinic. Judges, team reps, coaches, scorekeepers, and league officers can enter the natatorium at 1:00 p.m. to finish set-up. Parents and swimmers are not allowed in until 1:30 p.m. Team seating: Look for your TEAM NAME posted for assigned seating in the poolside bleachers. Warm - Ups: Assigned warm-up lanes: Session 1 from 2 – 2:30 p.m. PARKWOOD: Older Pool lanes 3 & 4 & Younger Pools lanes 4 & 5 Spectator Seating: There are ample poolside seats for spectators—some chairs with backs and bleacher seating as well. PALO ALTO WILL NOT ALLOW CHAIRS TO BE SET UP! Concessions: 3 FOOD TRUCKS BOOKED FOR OUR EVENT WILL GIVE 10% OF SALES TO OUR LEAGUE. They are: Rock on Wheels (salads, sandwiches, varied menu), Maui Wowi (coffees, smoothies, etc.), and Daddy O Cocina (taco truck). Trucks accept some credit cards and CASH. Please bring 10s, 5s, and 1s…..nothing larger.
